Firefighter Visit no. 2!
Our school was delighted to welcome our local firefighters for a fun and educational visit to our Senior Infant and First Classes! The children learned about the important role firefighters play in keeping our community safe and had the opportunity to explore the fire engine up close. One of the highlights of the day was taking turns using the fire hose and sitting inside the fire engine, which created great excitement for everyone. The firefighters answered lots of questions and shared valuable fire safety advice in an engaging and child-friendly way. It was a memorable experience that inspired curiosity, confidence, and appreciation for the fantastic work of our emergency services.
