Back to School Letter & Booklet from The Principal
Dear Parents/Guardians
We are looking forward to reopening for all pupils on Thursday, August 27th 2020. The children have been away for a long time and to make returning as pleasant as possible, we aim to create an environment which is as close to normal as we can possibly manage.
Pupils will continue with the same teachers where possible and we will pick up where we left off with school work. We made videos with the help of our Parents’ Association and e-mailed them to you - also available now by clicking HERE. We hope that watching these will reassure both you and your children that school will be as they remember it, but with some changes.
Children take their cues from the adults in their lives. Please discuss coming to school with your children. Be upbeat and positive and reassure them that all will be ok.
Our greatest challenge is to ensure that school remains open by keeping it COVID-19 free. We all have a part to play in this and we know that we can count on your support to reduce the risks involved in getting the children safely to and from school.

This reflects current guidance and advice from the Department of Education and the HSE/NPHET. The guidance is subject to constant review and I will keep you informed of the latest developments and information as it becomes available.
