PROJECT AWARDS & UPCOMING EVENTS - MAY/JUNE 2019
We head into the final busy month of a very busy year and the summer holidays just a few weeks away. Before we close at the end of June, school tours will happen, reports will issue, sports days will take place, "new" infants will visit and our second class children will be getting ready for the move to the senior school.....all part of our usual end of year activity.....many of these dates are on the calendar. One highlight for the parents of both schools is the free talk on Tuesday, June 11th at 8pm in the school hall. It concerns the topic of supporting children who have experienced bereavement and will be given by the highly respected expert in this area, Nuala Harmey. Congratulations to all the pupils and teachers who were part of our "SFI Certificate in STEM" project earlier this year.....the good news is that we have achieved our objective, met all the criteria required and have been awarded a "Discover Science and Maths Award" for 2018/2019 academic year.
